Poster Sessions and Pizza Party
Graduate student and traditional SIAM poster
presenters can start setting up their posters on their assigned
poster boards at noon time on Thursday. By 6:30 PM, all presentation
materials must be up on display on each poster board. The poster
sessions officially opens at 7:00 PM.
During the poster sessions, there will be a pizza
get-together for those who have purchased tickets at $14 per person.
However, all attendees are welcome to view the posters if they do not
want to partake the pizza party. Advance registration
to join the pizza party is necessary.
All poster displays must be removed from the poster
boards immediately at end of the session. SIAM is not responsible for
any displays left on the boards and discarded after 9:00 PM on
Thursday, May 13.
