Human Resources Committee

The Human Resources Committee (HRC) reviews the SIAM staff organization with respect to salary structure and benefit program administration and recommends policy concerning those areas to the Board.

Membership

The HRC should have at least two members who are currently serving on the Board. Members of the SOC are appointed by the Board for a three-year term. Members include:

  • Treasurer (committee chair)
  • Chair of the Board
  • At least two current Board members
  • Additional non-Board members appointed by the Board
Structure

The HRC reports back to the Board of Trustees.

Changes

All changes to this practice require the approval of the SIAM Board of Trustees.
