Artificial Intelligence /Large Language Models
Users may not use SIAM content or materials to train large language models or other generative AI tools without the express permission of SIAM.

Some links furnished on our Site may allow you to leave our Site. Site Uptime
We take all reasonable steps so that our Site is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if this Site is unavailable at any time.

Our Site may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible, we will try to give our users advance warning of maintenance issues, but shall not be obliged to do so.

Delays
Neither SIAM nor User shall be responsible for delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond the control of such party. Such acts shall include, but not be limited to, an act of God; an act of war, riot, epidemic, fire, flood, other disasters; or an act of government.

General
a)    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Terms and Conditions between SIAM and User hereto and supersede all prior oral and written and all contemporaneous oral negotiations, commitments and understandings. The various headings in these Terms and Conditions are informational only and do not limit the scope or content of the subject matter contained therein. SIAM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion at any time.
b)    The User may not assign or transfer their rights or privileges under these Terms and Conditions. 
c)    Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to be read and construed as if the void or unenforceable provisions were originally deleted. 
d)    The validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding that body of laws dealing with conflict of laws. Venue shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
