Conference Exhibits and Programs
SIAM conferences attract professionals in applied and computational mathematics from throughout the United States and abroad. Conferences provide advertisers with a targeted audience, specific to the topics and themes to be covered at that conference.

Tabletop/Combined Exhibits
- SIAM encourages the display of books, journals, printed materials, and other relevant products or services at its meetings and conferences.
- You may send a company representative to staff your combined exhibit only if booths are not available at the conference. If booths are available, you must obtain a booth in order to send a company representative.
- Individual table: $425
- Up to four tables: $775
- Combined tables: $60 per title (books) $80 per volume (journals); $60 per issue (journals); $80 per 300 copies of a single item (free literature)
- Stand-up Poster: $80 each
- Registration inserts: $495

Final Programs
Final conference programs are distributed to attendees at most SIAM
conferences and national meetings. A limited number of display
advertisements are accepted for final programs. Only full page
advertisements are accepted.
Rate: $770 for full page advertisement in Annual Meeting final
program; $770 per full page advertisement in all other SIAM meeting
programs. This does not include composition or alterations; rates are
subject to change without notice.

Agency Commission
A 15% discount off gross billing is extended to recognized advertising
agencies for display and classified advertising. Commissions are not
allowed on production charges.
Electronic Submission Requirements
Ads may be sent on a 3.5'' disk or a Zip disk, via e-mail
(marketing@siam.org), or via
SIAM's FTP server (ftp.siam.org). Ads
should be in EPS or PostScript® format and 100% to size. A hard copy
of the ad must be mailed or faxed. Also follow requirements as for SIAM
News. PDF preferred. Please use postscript fonts (not TrueType) when creating an
ad. Please embed all fonts when you create the PDF. If you need further information
regarding the creation of your ad, please contact sellers@siam.org.
Mechanical Requirements
Same-size mechanicals. 100 line (traditional 8.5'' x 11'' format or SIAM
News and Preliminary Program format). No bleeds. If the artwork submitted
needs any alterations, such as enlargement, reduction, or type charges, a
minimum $25 fee will be charged in addition to the cost of space.
Composition and Design
SIAM will prepare advertisements for those who cannot provide camera-ready
artwork. There is a $50 minimum charge and complete quotes will be given
after a review of all work involved.
Advertising Acceptance
The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement not
considered suitable for publication.
